- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 4 sub rolls
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Heat marinara sauce in a pan.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Split sub rolls and fill each with meatballs and sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake the filled rolls for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
