  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk (for biscuit mix)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir until thickened.
  5. Mix in seafood, vegetables, and Old Bay seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  7. Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix as per package instructions.
  8. Spoon biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
  9. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
