- 1 pound seafood mix (shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk (for biscuit mix)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir until thickened.
- Mix in seafood, vegetables, and Old Bay seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Prepare Cheddar Bay biscuit mix as per package instructions.
- Spoon biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
Notes
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Can substitute any seafood of your choice.
- For a spicier kick, add cayenne pepper.
