Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the cabbage until leaves are tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is browned.
  4. Add cooked rice, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika to the meat mixture.
  5. Layer cabbage leaves in a baking dish, then add the meat mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Top with shredded cheese if desired.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through.
