Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic and sage in a bit of olive oil until fragrant.
- Add the roasted squash and cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
