- 12 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix brie, cream cheese, blueberries, cilantro, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill jalapeño halves with the cheese mixture.
- Top with breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use gloves when handling jalapeños.
- Adjust the spice level by leaving seeds in or using milder peppers.
- Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
