Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp blackening seasoning
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with blackening seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in sour cream and mix well.
- Add cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
