Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with blackening seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add seasoned shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
  6. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Stir in sour cream and mix well.
  8. Add cooked noodles and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot.
