Ingredients

  • 200g feta cheese
  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  6. Once the feta and tomatoes are done, mash them together with a fork.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
