- 200g pasta
- 200g feta cheese
- 250g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the feta cheese in the center of the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Once the feta and tomatoes are done, mash them together with a fork.
- Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
