Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and eggs.
  5. Combine the beef mixture with the bread cubes and soup mixture.
  6. Pour into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
