Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion until cooked.
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine beef mixture, macaroni, diced tomatoes, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
