Instructions
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into thin strips.
- In a bowl, toss sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness. Cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
