Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, and paprika to create the sauce.
- Coat the salmon pieces in the sauce, reserving some for drizzling later.
- Roll the coated salmon pieces in breadcrumbs.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with reserved sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
- Can substitute salmon with chicken for variation.
