Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Once crispy, remove and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
