- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy, remove and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
- Great as an appetizer or side dish.
